Fine but doesn™€™t fit flush to cabinet

Seems very basic for $2,400, but we™€™ve never owned a warming draw. Plus, the door doesn™€™t fit flush against the cabinet, so the mounting panel and screws are visible. For the price, it should come with a recessed opening for the gasket. Otherwise, it looks like we expected and I™€™m sure it will do what we want.

Love this beautiful, roomy warming drawer!

I love, love, love this warming drawer! It is roomy and can hold dinner plates, along with prepared dishes so that the food arrives on the table still warm. And it's also beautiful to look at - it looks great underneath our new induction cooktop and in the new cabinets. Very pleased indeed!

Very disappointing quality

I purchased this warming drawer with my double oven a few years ago. My warming drawer gets used maybe a few times a year for big gathering, holidays ect. The plastic knob on the drawer that controls the setting broke off. Well come to find out monogram discontinued the part. You can™€™t get it anywhere. My draws is only a few years old but outside of warranty. I fully expect appliances to break, what I don™€™t expect is to not be able to fix them because of a seeming minor part. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with. They lost me when they told me to contact junk yards for the part I needed. I mean is this the level of service you would expect from a ™€œluxe™€ product. They offered me a discount on a new warming drawer, however this fits into my custom cabinetry, such a pain to try to replace even at a discount. I just want my drawer fixed. Very dissatisfied with this company, the products the sell and the service they provide. Like a previous review stated just go with the Wolf brand of appliances. What a joke.

Works well enough, but marketing is deceptive

Overall this is a nice product and seems to work well enough. Our biggest issue/complaint is that we were talked out of a Wolf warming drawer that we really wanted by deceptive marketing of this product. The Wolf warming drawer (which is priced similarly) has the ability to set specific/exact temperatures. This drawer is advertised as having "infant temperature settings" which as it turns out means it has a rheostat that you can guess at temperatures with between low/medium/high. This is a cheap and inaccurate substitute. Very disappointing for something that expects to compete on the higher end of the appliance spectrum.

GE warming drawer is good; however, it is not made for an inset cabinet door. It sticks out like a sore thumb. We have all these beautiful, expensive cabinets with-inset doors and our warming drawer over-laps our cabinet frame and makes you think it is not complete shut. Quite a disappointment.
