Front right burner didn't work right out of the box. Two weeks later the repairman couldn't fix it and had to order parts. A week later, we're still waiting. Now the front right burner igniter will not stop clicking and I've had to unplug the unit. Really, really disappointed.

Came with the new house,I'd never purchase. Flimsy stainless and scratches easily. Grates rest on bumpers which fall off. Controll knobs lack numbers so intensity is difficult to control. My fifth and least favorite gas range.

The Monogram 30" Deep-Recessed Gas Cooktop has a great look and a sleek, modern design that fits beautifully into our kitchen. The burners are powerful, and the high BTU output makes cooking fast and efficient.
However, we™™ve noticed carbon stains forming on the outer ring of 3 out of the 5 burners. Despite regular cleaning, the stains don™™t come off easily and take away from the overall appearance of the cooktop.
Overall, it performs well and looks premium, but the staining issue keeps it from being a fully satisfying purchase.

We purchased this cooktop to replace the builder's grade installed when our home was built. We were surprised by the top in that even though we've added a 5th burner, the layout does not feel crowded even though it's just a 30" top. It heats more evenly with far more temperature control, especially for simmering, and it boils much faster. The look is very high end, the backlit knob controls feel very heavy duty and high quality. So far, I would highly recommend this cooktop to everyone wanting a more professional level cooking experience without having to completely break the bank to get it.

Like the lighted knobs in the front which saves valuable space on the side. Even though there are 5 burners, there is plenty of room for pots and pans. Does not feel congested. We like it very much and are glad we made the purchase.

I love the cooktop as it cooks much faster than my previous one. But find when I am cleaning it and need to remove the heavy grills I am scratching easily the metal. A slight movement when cleaning moves them from the protective pads and so scratches the cooktop.

Love the ease of cleaning the gas stovetop. The only slight negative is that the burner knobs on the right and left get pretty hot when using those two burners on high.

I have only had it a little over a month. Great look, good spacing of 5 burners. Knobs get very hot and one burner seems to have some sort of erosion occurring. I need to get it checked out.

I've had this cooktop for three years and functionally, it's great. However, I like things that stay new-looking and I am incredibly careful with how I take care of my things. But this stainless steel should be called STAINFUL steel. Not only is it getting all discolored with a mottling of the finish, but it scratches if you look at it cross-eyed. If there is a speck of dust on a sponge, or a crumb, or an imaginary speck on a microfiber cloth...and you wipe this surface...it will scratch horribly. So badly, that I am going to BUY another top so I don't have to look at this mess. I can't find any other brand that isn't stainless, so I'm pretty much stuck. It upsets me a lot and if I could find another option, I'd get it, even though I have a whole kitchen full of these Monogram appliances. I wish somebody would come up with a colored finish that WOULD NOT SCRATCH. I just hate it. Money is not the issue, I'd pay thousands to get one that would stay nice looking. SS cleaners are no help either.

Very nice stovetop, love the burners and how they work. However after only one use the aluminum part of the burners have stained from very small spatter. We have tried to clean it and the grainy texture of the aluminum for whatever reason does not clean. We ned to know what to use to clean that. The rest of the stove, stainless surface cleans well. Another issue after the first use is the black cast grids-they show rub marks just from placing pans on and off the grid. We feel the black grid should not begin looking worn after only one use.

We are unable to utilize this appliance to its fullest capacity because we cannot use the fifth (middle) burner. We are unable to use it because the middle grate came to us broken and every time we go through customer service, the replacements come broken.

It looks nice and works well. Be aware that although you have five burners on the 30" Cooktop you are limited on how many large pans actually fit at one time. The griddle is a nice feature that I haven't used yet. The "Sapphire Light" on the knobs looks white. I think a brighter color would be more of an alert that the burner is on.

Beautiful product from the LED knobs to the cast iron griddle, the first thing I made was a grilled cheese and it was cooked to perfection I waited a year because of supply chain delays, but it was definitely worth the wait.

When purchased the cook top, I was skeptical about it. Pay lots money for a cook top but once I got installed, the meals get prepared a lot faster because the high BTU. Even though it costs more than regular cook top but it was a great investment. I love my newcook top.

According reviews this is a good cooktop. I ordered mine back in September 2022 at the BrandsMart located at Palmetto in Miami Gardens and still waiting for it to arrive. I have called them couple of time and they dont know anything. I called Monogram and they dont handle orders. Nobody can give me and stimate time or another option to solve this unacceptable problem. Horrible costumer service. I tried to talk to a manager and never called me back... Dont Buy Monogram

Love the product...but while cleaning the cooktop, two of the bumpers we're damaged and I had to call GE to order 2 more. Each bumper cost $5.00 to replace...wow! I would have thought GE would have just sent me the two parts.
I spent around $20K in 2021/2022 on new GE appliances. Would have thought I was a valued customer!

I appreciate the ability to precisely control the temp of each burner. I have propane but assume operation with natural gas is very similar. The center burner does seem a bit clunky regarding the ignition of the second ring. This stove is really hard to clean. I wish the knobs came off to make it easier to remove food particles underneath them.

We™™ve been in our new home less than 3 months and we are about to replace our stove top grates for the 3rd time. It™™s only my wife and myself and we have hardly used it. The black coating came off the original set of grates in the first week after having been used twice. We complained and and GE sent replacements out promptly. They are so fragile, they arrived broken. We contacted GE again and once again they sent out new grates that arrived broken. GE customer service has been great and we really want to love our new Monogram kitchen, but the stove top quality is terrible.

I love the product but was a little confused. As the installer was leaving he handed me a black cap the color of the grates and burner caps. He shrugged indicating he didn™™t know what it was for. I read through the entire manual carefully and could not find any mention of this item. It took a phone call to monogram to find out the cap could be used in place of the center ring™™s brass cap. Clearly this item needs to be spelled out better in the literature
