My order came, I signed for it because the box looked good™¦ my new dryer is coming in two days, and the right side of this thing is dented™¦ not enough to prevent installation, but it™™s on the side that will be visible when the laundry room door is opened™¦ sucks because from the sound of the reviews on customer service here, it™™s not even worth my time to reach out to them™¦ the review page isn™™t allowing me to post the pictures.

Don't buy through WHIRLPOOL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . WILL REPEATEDLY CHANGE DELIVERY DAYS WITH MONTHS IN BETWEEN POSSIBLE DELIVERY. I am a supplier of this company and would only buy if a local box store has in stock! I went with another company. Sad I wanted to represent and own something I supply but just couldn't wait three months for something they had but couldn't deliver. On top of that they just dont care when you voice your concerns. Then when you cancel then do they charge your card directly for the product that you didnt receive making you have to pay a credit card bill on items in thousands of dollars that you never received but have to pay the bill for till they return it on their end and they let you know it could take several billing cycles to correct back to your card! Stay away

Purchased late Nov when on sale $159. Received Nov 28th boxes appeared un damaged. Gave to my wife on Dec 25th Xmas gift. After everything settled down from holidays I opened to install on Jan 4th. One in perfect shape and one damaged and box in good shape. Contacted customer service they refused to help cause over 30 days. But told me I would have to order another. Which I did cause I had to atvthis point Fot $232. I don't see why other than greed this couldn't have been handled better. I'll never purchase anything from whirlpool again. Obviously was damaged prior to packing as no damage seen on box. I would add photo's but your system will not let me. Phone 903-316-2215

I appreciate the pedestal for the Front Load Washer and Dryer, for the height, and not having to bend low to retrieve the clothing. The extra storage helps keep the laundry room organized, with less clutter.

Product is dented. I reached out to schedule a return. I was told I was going to be getting an email with the next steps to getting this replaced. This never happened. The pedestal has been sitting in my garage for a month now. I can send pics of the damage when I get home tonight.

Came busted and used. Tried to get it exchanged and the staff, specifically the team lead named Sam, is incredibly rude. Will never buy again from whirlpool direct because of her attitude and extreme rudeness.
