We love the sleek, modern design. We didn™€™t want stainless steel color. This brand has slate gray and we love it!!! It blends well with the rest of our SS appliances It does give a touch of bronze in certain lighting but it™€™s still nice. The dimmers are great and the fan settings are perfect.

This is exactly what we wanted to tie it all together. It look fantastic about the matching oven. Sleek, but not too much of a focal point either. Contractors did a fantastic job running the crown molding above and around it to really tie it in. Lights are perfect, just bright enough. The reason for 5 stars is that it is a bit loud. If it is on its highest setting, it is hard to talk to others in the kitchen. I was expecting it to be quieter, but overall a good product.

Rattles at low speed

We replaced our first GE Range hood with the same model to fit the vent. We are disappointed in this one. For the purchase price we should be able to use all speeds. However, the low fan speed rattles and clatters like it is hitting something or is out of balance.

Pros - The hood is easy to clean and has high and low light settings which are great during use and when ambient lighting is all that is wanted. Has high, medium, and low fan settings that greatly assist with exhausting while cooking. The screens are easy to remove for cleaning and wash up very quickly by hand or in the dishwasher. Cons - The chimney comes in two sections that do not ally for seamless installation. The side vents on the required to use lower chimney stack allow electrical connections to be seen.
