It's a great refrigerator. It's extremely well built and it's quiet. I like that the drawers are lit and they slide in an out very soft and quiet as well. It's just well done overall and I would purchase this again.

I needed to replace subzero refrigerator drawers but since I'm moving soon didn't want to spend 6K +. I found these and while they are clearly not as good and do not have dual temperature control, the price was great. The biggest issue is that you have to have the same temperature for both drawers. I keep milk in the top and fruit in the bottom and I like my milk cold, but then it's too cold for fruit. Also because they have removable shelving it decreases the amount of room. While I have removed the shelving, the framework for the shelving remains and it takes up room. All in all these are good if you want a mid line product. Also I can't seem to get my temperature higher than 34 degrees.

I loved this fridge so much but at 1 year old, its failing. It beeps randomly and the backlight on the display no longer works. Service call under warranty is over 100 dollars. For over 3k, I expect better Cafe!

This is the cafe appliance I was most excited about and it did not disappoint. Love it! It looks beautiful in my all white kitchen with the brushed bronze handles. I store fruit, cheese and olives in the top drawer and drinks in the bottom drawer. It is closest to my patio and easy to access for entertaining. Would definitely buy it again and again!

Beautiful refrigerator. So glad I decided on matte white with copper. It™™s very easy to keep clean and always looks great. The white is a soft color and not stark like white appliances used to be. The only drawback is when full the drawers didn™™t want to close all the way. So I sometimes have to lift it up a tiny bit and push the drawer in. This is why I™™m rating it a 4 and not 5.

Replaced an unused wine cooler with the two drawer fridge. Used mainly foe easy to reach drinks, but doubles as extra fridge space during the holidays. Lately™¦we have owned this appliance for over two years..it™™s making a loud bang when it comes on or goes off. Always made this noise from installation but is now quite loud. I hope it doesn™™t mean it™™s life span is this short. Beautiful look, love the easy close drawers. Would look to replace with like appliance if it dies. Wonderful appliance

Great Under Counter Refrigerator

We ordered this under counter refrigerator as part of our kitchen renovation. We've never had an under counter mini refrigerator before. We ordered matte white with brushed bronze handles and it is set into the cabinetry in the middle of the island. It is very functional and we are glad we added this appliance. This refrigerator is very expensive when you consider it's smaller under counter size.

A perfect addition to our new Cafe' appliances. With a counter depth fridge limitation this is the perfect addition to the kitchen for storage of additional items in our bar area. The depth of the drawers hold full size bottles (i.e. drink mixers, soda cans, bottles, etc.). The crisper tray is a great are to hold garnishes for drinks, small vegetables, etc. Drawers are sturdy and have a solid feel with dividers to separate areas and items.

Uneven Drawers

I have 2 new undercounted drawer refrigerators. From day one both refrigerators have uneven drawers that do not close properly. The seals do not close tightly and causes daily ice build up in the back of the fridge. The misalignment doesn™™t trigger the open drawer alarm so it™™s impossible to know when the fridges are closed improperly. Fridges are 2 months old.

It looks pretty but it does not maintain a low enough temperature and, I can only put certain bottles of wine/liquor inside because many are taller the drawer heights -both drawers are same height, which does not help.

I purchased two of these for my bar in my new home. The white and gold are gorgeous finishes! The doors are a little tricky to close however and I've already noticed water in the back of the drawers. Not sure how long they will last.
