GE Cafe Mini Beverage/Wine Cooler

I like everything about it. The only complaint is the measurements were not accurate of its actual size. We had a GE Monagram for 18 years in the built in space we purchased the Cafe model to fit into. The dimensions give on each were exactly the same. But, the Cafe model was about a 1/4 inch to tall with the legs fully turned in. We had to shave off a 1/4 inch on the plastic/rubber legs to get it to fit under the counter. Our previously owned GE Monagram easily fit under the counter.

Pros: capacity fits our needs, love the slide out wine rack and slide feature on the top shelf to allow for taller bottles/beverages. The only negative: Personally, I'd prefer if the handle was all one color. The coppery/brass accent is ugly IMO and detracts from look of the unit as a whole. Also, I like the motion sensor for the interior light, it stays on for about 2 minutes when activated, but sometimes it has a mind of it's own. Randomly, the interior light will turn on by itself when no one is near the unit and it stays on for 10-15 minutes.

Very happy with our new beverage fridge! It is aesthetically pleasing in our kitchen. I like having the glass door with the illumination and the option to have it light up when approached. It keeps everything nice and cold and I like the quick cool setting for when adding a large amount of beverages to cool. We have not noticed any noise. The adjustable shelving is really nice. I am able to get all the cans we want plus juices and tea as well as bottles of wine at the bottom. I did a lot of research before purchasing and I™™m happy with my decision.

The bottom rack: The spacers seem to be designed for wine bottles. I'd like to have another one installed that is meant for beer bottles/cans. If I place beer cans/bottles in this rack, they drag on the casing when I pull the rack out.

Unable to mount so it constantly tips. I have a monogram and sub zero and don™™t have a problem with them tipping. Bottom wine rack is too shallow for many normal wine bottles. WiFi won™™t work. I™™ve went to several appliance centers and they all have the tipping problem. Customer service line is a joke. They just tell you to go online.

The store where I purchased has been responsive, but Cafe Customer Service has not™" I spoke to them over a week ago about my one week old refrigerator, obviously under warranty, and no one has been in touch with me after I was told someone would be scheduling service. The beverage cooler has not worked since it was installed in our new construction home. Warranty was put in our builder™™s name by the appliance center, rather than ours as owners, and it took months of phone calls and emails to straighten out. Service repairman finally came in early February to diagnose the issues (boards inoperable) and order replacement parts. Alas, all are back ordered. No estimated date on repairs. Disappointed.

I can not connect this to my wifi. there was no "password" associated with the sticker on the inside of the fridge. The adjustable shelves are not conducive to tall beer cans. I have to take a whole shelf out to accommodate. Also, it's pretty pricey for what it is. Its pretty... thats about it!

We have loaded with beer, water, sodas and a few champagne bottles that were takin up room in our refrigerator. Everything fits perfectly. Two bottom shelves are perfect for canned sodas or wine.
